Our team of trained professionals will adhere to a strict set of quality controls as we guide your vehicle through meticulous cleaning and detailing. We have the latest laser-guided precision cleaning equipment available, and numerous technologies (including a dedicated "FastPass" lane) to ensure you can move through our site quickly and efficiently. We are raising the bar for the entire car wash industry with our commitment to sustainability. The Smart Car Wash has already received global recognition for its comprehensive approach to bringing “green” technologies and building techniques to the car wash industry. The business will make global history as the first flex-service car wash to achieve Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification status from the US Green Building Council. While many in the car wash industry have added “green” features to their facilities, this is the first full-service wash designed from the onset for sustainability.

Some of the sustainable design features include:

• Advanced water recycling beyond the industry standard, to include rainwater capture of the roof of our building and advanced water cleansing using technology borrowed from the marine industry
• Building and equipment designed for high energy efficiency, in many cases reducing energy consumption by 50%
• Our building materials will be largely recycled or sourced locally in compliance with LEED requirements.

Although the project will incorporate significant sustainable design, our prices will not exceed local competition. Many of the “green” technologies will save us money, and we will be able to pass those savings onto our customers. Customers will get Green and Good Value at the same time.
