The Smart Car Wash to Serve as “Next Generation” Car Wash Facility
Achieving LEED Certification using design and development guidelines from the US Green Building Council (http://www.usgbc.org/) we are raising the bar for environmental stewardship in the car wash industry by building the operation from the “ground up” with a focus on sustainability.

Examples of the sustainable approach will include:
- Reclaiming and re-using over 100% of the water for carwash operations (through traditional car wash reclaim and rainwater capture off the building roof)
- Reducing noise and light pollution
- Utilizing Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology to reduce power consumption by 50%. VFD devices have been successfully used globally. Here is a link to a State of California case study:
